Use of the site

The content of this site is informational. Links to other sites, including diavgis.gr, topognosia.gr and rankproof.eu, lead to services with their own terms.

Services

• Every project starts with a written proposal stating what is delivered, when, and for what fixed price. Once you accept it in writing, the proposal is our agreement.
• The “from” prices on this site show where each package starts. The final price is the one in the written proposal.
• Payment is 50% at the start and 50% on delivery, by bank transfer against an invoice. Monthly maintenance is paid every month and ends with written notice.
• If what you ask for changes during a project, the change and its cost are agreed in writing before they happen.

Intellectual property

The code built for you belongs to you once the invoice is paid. Open-source libraries used keep their own licenses. The content and design of this site belong to Omega Labs.

Liability

We take care that the site is accurate and available, without guaranteeing uninterrupted operation. Liability for each project is set out in its written proposal.

Governing law

Greek law applies. The courts of Athens have jurisdiction over any dispute.
