How is the final price set?
After your first message I send a written proposal with a fixed price, what is delivered and when. The price does not change unless what you ask for changes.
How fast do you reply?
In writing, within 24 hours.
Why is there no phone number?
Everything happens in writing, so there is a record of what was agreed and nothing gets lost.
How does payment work?
50% at the start and 50% on delivery, by bank transfer against an invoice. Maintenance is paid monthly.
How long does a project take?
Application audit: About 1 week. Automating one process: 2–4 weeks. For larger projects the timeline is part of the proposal.
Who owns the code?
You do, once the invoice is paid. The application is hosted in your own account, so you always stay in control.
What does monthly maintenance include?
Monitoring, updates, small changes, speed and SEO improvements, and domain and hosting where needed, for €150/month + 24% VAT.
Do you improve the speed and SEO of an existing site?
Yes. The audit covers speed, SEO and visibility in AI search engines, and I fix the critical issues. With maintenance the improvements continue every month.
Do you audit applications built with AI tools?
Yes. They often work but have security gaps and load slowly. The audit finds these and I fix the critical ones.
Do you work with businesses outside Athens?
Yes, with businesses anywhere in Greece and the European Union, remotely.
Do we sign a contract?
Yes. Every project starts with a written agreement on what is delivered, when, and at what price. If needed, we also sign a confidentiality agreement.
What technology do you work with?
Current tools and the latest technical capabilities, chosen for each project, so the application loads fast, stays secure and is easy to maintain.
Which languages do you work in?
Greek and English.
